Insight Engineering
(IE) started
in 1993 with maintenance and overhauling activities
for the gas & Diesel Driven Generators. We have
a track record of performing the maintenance activities
with very demanding clients. IE
has a fully equipped workshop for fabricating the
components, assembling and maintenance of gas engine
generators of upto 2MW capacity.
From 1999 IE
entered in the business of power rental mostly of
natural gas driven generators of 200-600 KW. In
order to be competitive IE
has started the rental business with second hand
units of MAN, Caterpillar, Duetz, Guascar. The purchased
units are completely overhauled using the expertise
already available with the company.
Our approach is not only to overhaul
but also add the necessary heat exchangers, cooling
pumps, radiators, cooling tower to suit the clients
requirement. The generating sets are assembled in
containers with all control panels, wiring and piping
in a transportable package ready to be installed
with in hours at client’s site. The projects are
undertaken as turnkey including any design of cooling
and control systems.
IE has a
team of qualified mechanical and electrical engineers,
and a very well trained electronics and electrical
technicians for state of the art control of engines.
